Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales development of semiconductor IP, complete the annual sales target and sales work plan deployed by the company;
2. Be responsible for customer visit, customer relationship maintenance, new customer development, timely understanding of customer needs and development direction, and provide fast and high-quality support and help;
3. Familiar with sales policy, sales process and products of the company's agent, tap new and old customer needs, promote products and expand product sales scope;
4. Regularly and accurately provide leaders with information about sales, expense control, accounts receivable, etc., reflecting the current situation of the company's sales work, and providing information support for major decisions of the company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics;
2. More than two years of sales experience in semiconductor industry, with semiconductor IP technology knowledge base and IP product cost performance analysis ability;
3. IC technical support work experience and foundry work experience are preferred;
4. Have enthusiasm to engage in technical sales work, down-to-earth, diligent, able to adapt to business trip, able to independently take charge of marketing work;
5. Expression and good communication skills, good at challenger, good team spirit, able to work under pressure.
