Technical Support Engineer / FAE

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with sales department to be responsible for IP sales;

2. Cooperate with R & D team, responsible for IP pre-sales and after-sales technical support;

3. Do a good job of customer information collection, customer demand analysis and put forward reasonable solutions and competitive analysis in the early stage of the project;

4. Responsible for market guidance to customers and feedback market information to R & D personnel;

5. Summarize the problems and solutions encountered in the work, and feed back to the sales and R & D department in time;

6. Assist to complete project planning and promotion, establish and maintain good customer relationship.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or semiconductor, 3-5 years working experience;

2. Good communication and learning ability, strong hands-on ability;

3. At least 2 years experience in semiconductor IP sales or technical support;

4. Understand basic analog IP and its application in SOC and system;

5. Architecture design experience of SoC / ASIC / MCU or spec in design service experience of SoC / ASIC / MCU is preferred.

Job responsibilities

1. Working with sales, responsible for IP sales.

2. Working with engineering team, responsible for IP support in both pre-sale and post-sale stages.

3. Involved with IP marketing, IP promotion and IP management.

Job requirements

1. B.S. or M.S. in EE or equivalent is required.

2. Proactive and good communication skills.

3. 2 or more years of IP sale or support experience.

4. Knowledge of fundamental analog IPs, and their applications in SOC and system.

5. SoC/ASIC/MCU Architectural design experience or Spec-in Design Services Related to SoC/ASIC/MCU experience is preferred.
