Device design engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of embedded memory devices, according to the characteristics of different process platforms, design the MTP / OTP device structure;

2. Be responsible for the related issues of tape / out of memory chip, communicate with the agent factory, and solve DRC / LVS / mask tooling and other problems;

3. Be responsible for the electrical characterization of the storage unit devices, and communicate with the circuit designer to determine the optimal operating voltage conditions;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics, electronic engineering, communication, 3-5 years or above experience;

2. Familiar with semiconductor technology and semiconductor device physics, working experience in foundry or IDM is preferred;

3. Familiar with semiconductor device analyzer, with Keithley 4200, Agilent 4155 / 4156 experience is preferred;

4. Familiar with foundation electrical design rule, topological design rule, with experience in wat test preferred;

5. Good English communication skills.
