Digital back end Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Complete the design of digital circuit from RTL to GDS, including synthesis / static timing analysis / layout and wiring, testability design, etc;

2. Complete physical verification, power analysis and formal verification, based on CPF / UPF power verification;

3. Complete DFT & ATPG, postmark eco & FIB, premask Eco, etc;

4. Support customer SOC integration and quality assurance of designkit submitted to customer.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics, electronics, communication, automation, more than 3 years working experience;

2. Good team work and communication skills;

3. Work carefully, have fast learning ability, rigorous logical thinking and love to meet various challenges;

4. Basic knowledge of IC design field, good basic knowledge of digital circuit / Microelectronics;

5. Familiar with Linux operation, Perl / shell and other scripting languages, VIM / Emacs editor;

6. Familiar with relevant EDA tools is preferred (Synopsys or cadence's synthesis and timing verification tools);

7. Knowledge of synthesis, STA, PR, DFT, noise analysis is preferred.
